The Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency (PAWECA) has commenced the disbursement of funds under the Fintiri Business Wallet Initiative, aimed at supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs, and vulnerable citizens across Adamawa State.
The programme, implemented under the administration of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, is part of ongoing economic empowerment efforts designed to reduce poverty and strengthen self-reliance among residents.

According to the agency, the initiative will provide financial support to beneficiaries to help expand existing businesses, improve productivity, and encourage local enterprise development across communities in the state.
PAWECA Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency noted that the intervention aligns with the government’s broader development agenda focused on wealth creation and sustainable livelihoods.
